With successful grant applications and financing proposals totaling more than $142,000,000, the leadership of I Am Pleased Development Center has worked on projects ranging from $500,000 to $100,000,000. Tina Z. Council, Owner and Chief Consultant, maintains the international designation of Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE) and is a graduate of the "Comprehensive Fund Development: A Rice University Certificate Program" from Rice University in Houston, Texas.
