For Clients with Executed Contracts and Agreements
Contracts and Agreements may be canceled without cost, penalty, or liability for a period of ten (10) days following the date of execution, with written notice.
Either Party may terminate Contracts and Agreements:
If the other Party materially breaches any term or condition of the Agreement and fails to cure such breach within 15 days after receipt of written notice of such breach by the non-breaching Party;
For any other reason, upon provision of 30 days’ written notice to the other Party.
For Other Customers
Order Cancellation Policy – To cancel an order you have placed with the I Am Pleased Development Center, you must contact I Am Pleased by email (email@example.com) or by phone (713-256-2718). Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order as long as it has not yet shipped.
When contacting I Am Pleased to cancel an order, please be ready to provide your name, the order number, and your contact information.
Please note that if the item has shipped, you cannot cancel the order. In this case, you can request to return the item for a refund (minus shipping costs).
Should you require a refund for a physical item, a full refund will be given up to 30 days from the date of purchase subject to you returning the item in an unused condition with its original packaging intact.
For nontangible services such as registration for Training and Workshops, notify I Am Pleased by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or by phone (713-256-2718) of any cancellation or intent to reschedule. If you notify I Am Pleased of your intent to cancel or reschedule attendance less than twenty-four (24) hours before the date training is scheduled to begin, you will pay a cancellation fee of 25% of the total fees associated with the planned training session that has been canceled or rescheduled. I Am Please will refund any payment minus the cancellation fee.
I Am Pleased reserves the right to cancel or reschedule training. I Am Pleased will notify registrants of any cancellation or change in schedule by contacting them at the email address provided at the time of registration. In the event you have submitted payment for training fees, I Am Pleased will refund all training fees paid to I Am Pleased or shall issue a credit, at your option.
